I met Theresa Mickens (Owner & Jewelry Designer of Loc Xurious) through Twitter. Theresa has definitely made her mark in the jewelry and natural hair accessories world! She also makes and sells her own recipe for locs called "Loc Butta" and its also a good moisturizer for loose natural hair.
